If you have questions regarding services, health care benefits or claims, please call, write or visit our offices. Office hours are Monday and Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The office is closed on Friday.

If you, as a consumer, service provider or member of the community, have a concern about the safety or quality of care, you may contact Access Alliance of Michigan Customer Services at (888) 482-8269 or The Joint Commission at (800) 994-6610. You can make this report without retaliatory action from the Montcalm Center.
