Welcome to The Montcalm Center for Behavioral Health.

The Montcalm Center for Behavioral Health is a community mental health authority serving Montcalm County, Michigan. We provide services and supports for people with serious and persistent mental illness, developmental disabilities, and children with severe emotional disturbances. In addition, we provide emergency services to anyone in the community, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

To Request Non-Emergency Behavioral Health Services in Montcalm county, Please call (989) 831-7520 or toll-free (800) 377-0974, or walk in to our Access Center at 611 N State St. in Stanton. Access Center hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The Montcalm Center for Behavioral Health Awarded Three-Year CARF Accreditation

CARF International announced that The Montcalm Center for Behavioral Health has been accredited for a period of three years for its mental health service programs. This accreditation decision represents the highest level of accreditation that can be awarded to an organization and shows the organization's substantial conformance to the CARF standards. Executive Director, Tammy Quillan, commented "We are very pleased to have received such a positive review on our first CARF survey. It's quite an accomplishment and I couldn't be more proud of all the hard work by the staff of the Montcalm Center."
